If your address is in Hawaii or Alaska please call Swimmin’ With the Fishes at (815) 355-3605 to place your order. Items do not ship for free to Hawaii or Alaska. At this time we are unable to ship to FPO, APO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.
We need a physical 'ship to' address to process your order; items will not be shipped to a PO box.
You may exchange or return product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days of receiving the item. (See additional terms below)
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in new, unused, untested condition. Items tested in any manner are not returnable.
If you are returning an item in which Swimmin’ With the Fishes, Inc. paid the shipping/handling charge you will be responsible for the outbound shipping charge that we incurred to have your order delivered. This amount will be deducted from your credit and is in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable; special orders, tubing, liquids and fish food.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We reserve the right to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Swimmin’ With the Fishes, Inc. clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Any merchandise returned to the manufacturer unauthorized will be refused.
Please ship your parcel back to the manufacturer freight prepaid via UPS or Fedex Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments as well as shipments via US Postal Service.

All orders that are charged to your account but canceled before the order is shipped are subject to a 10% Processing Fee. This is the approximate fee that we pay the bank to process the purchase and refund the purchase to your credit card.
